I don’t really know how to describe it, but it is frilly and sorta like the outfit Scarlet likes to parade about around in the house while cleaning stuff and yelling at Kilowatt in an amusing way. She said if I was to get Noa a maid outfit, it would have to be a French maid one, cause they are apparently the best. *Shrugs*
